According to reports made available to us, the WAEC office in Calabar has been reopened after 9 months of closure.
This was disclosed by the Head of the National Office of WAEC, Mr Patrick Areghan on Monday, 9th August 2021.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prof. Ben Ayade, showed his appreciation by thanking the National Head of WAEC, for the work they have done so far in reviving the building.
He also restated that they will be actual security agency this time around to guard the place against unscrupulous persons. He added.
