The management of the University Of Medical Sciences Ondo has announced the sales of the UNIMED direct entry admission form for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Interested candidates are to apply before the deadline.

Candidates who chose the University Of Medical Sciences Ondo for Direct Entry Admission are hereby requested to apply for screening by logging in to the University website https://www.unimed.edu.ng and completing a Form online.

Requirements For University Of Medical Sciences Ondo Entry Admission 2021:

1. Name
2. Course
3. Qualifying Examination(s) for Direct Entry Admission
4. Results obtained from Qualifying Examinations (O’level, and A’Level/Diploma/NCE/JUPEB/IJMB and Degree), showing the pass level and points.
5. Candidate’s JAMB Registration Number.
6. Inconsistency in name is not acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification of affected candidates.  Candidates’ names on their O’Level and A’Level Results, JAMB Result Slips and other registration documents must be the same.

Eligibility:

1. All De Candidates who chose the University Of Medical Sciences Ondo as their first choice.
2. Candidates who did not choose UNIMED as first choice university but meet the requirements of any faculty/programme can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution.
3. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level in relevant disciplines and subjects.
4. Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics for the MBBS/BDS programme and not more than two sittings in relevant O/Level subjects including English and Mathematics for other programmes in the University.

How To Apply For UNIMED Direct Entry Admission For 2021/2022

Buy UNIMED Direct Entry Form by following the procedure below:

1. Go to  UNIMED School Portal via; https://www.unimed.edu.ng/postutme/
2. Click on Admission;
3. Click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal;
4. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via online payment system using VISA or MASTER Card. Note that VERVE Card is not allowed;
5.  After payment, Print Payment Receipt
6. On Post-UTME Portal, Click on Application Form to Login with your UTME Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID as Password to complete the screening form.
7. Complete the Form online as requested.
