The Inspector General of Police has approved the commencement of Nigeria Police Recruitment 2021.

Application is currently ongoing and successful candidates will undergo training in the various NPF Training centres.

2021 NPF recruitment application form is now available for the next batch of 10,000 constables to be recruited into the force.

The Nigeria Police Recruitment 2021 form is officially available on www.policerecruitment.gov.ng.

The 2021 NPF recruitment application portal will be open from 29th November 2021 to 10th January 2022.

A B.Sc or Masters’s Degree from an accredited Tertiary Institution in any related discipline or an HND in a relevant course in any field of study.

Also, having a good knowledge of computers and its basic applications to use for the work and proper delivery of various task as required by the organization.

1. Go to 2021 NPF Portal Via https://policerecruitment.gov.ng.
2. Obtain the Nigeria Police Recruitment Form Via NPF Portal.
3. Click on the Nigeria Police Recruitment form publication therein.
4. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to successfully buy and register for the Nigeria Police Recruitment exercise.
5. Print out your  Application slip afterward.
6. Finally, Wait for the Screening date to be announced.

About Nigerian Police

The Nigeria Police is the principal law enforcement and the lead security agency in Nigeria.

Designated by the 1999 constitution as the national police of Nigeria with exclusive jurisdiction throughout the country as of 2016 it has a staff strength of about 371,800.

There are currently plans to increase the force to 650,000, adding 280,000 new recruits to the existing 370,000.

The Nigeria Police Force is a very large organisation consisting of 36 State commands grouped into 17 zones and 8 administrative organs.

The agency is currently headed by IGP (Inspector General) Usman Alkali Baba. In 2020, it underwent major overhauls.
