This means that you can not be admitted or given admission to study any course in any Higher institution in Nigeria without you PASSING English Language in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
For you to gain admission to study any course at the University of your choice you must have scored C4, C5, C6, B, or A in English Language in one or two sittings.

If you have F9, D7, or E8 in English Language in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB do this:
- Re-sit for WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB
- Combine your O’level result. That is by combining WAEC and NECO or NECO and NECO, WAEC and WAEC, etc.
