UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2021/2022
The management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has announced the sales of the 2021/2022 supplementary Admission form for admission into the 2021/2022 academic session.
Before we proceed, see the list of courses offered in UNIZIK and their requirements.
Eligibility/Requirements UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2021/2022
- Candidates who applied for admission into UNIZIK and also registered for UNIZIK Post-UTME screening exercise but have not been offered admission.
- Candidates must put into consideration their JAMB UTME and O’Level Subject combinations before applying.
How Much Is UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2021/2022?
The cost of purchasing the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, (UNIZIK) Supplementary admission form for 2021/2022 is Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only (N12,500).
How To Apply For UNIZIK Supplementary Admission 2021/2022
- Visit UNIZIK CAPs at https://apply.unizik.edu.ng
- Login using your username and password (i.e. the email address used for the POST UTME registration). Remember you can always reset your password if you have forgotten it.
- On the dashboard, Click on shop for 2021 – 2022 Admission supplementary.
- If you are eligible, you will see the list of departments you are qualified for, select your preferred department and click on shop for Admission. If you are not eligible, you will also be notified that you are not eligible.
- Choose your preferred mode of payment. And click on make payment.
- If you choose bank payment which means you are booking a slot, you have only 12 hours before the invoice expires and the booking gets cancelled. On successful payment, return to the UNIZIK CAPs to confirm your payment.
- If you choose instant payment, pay with your card and the confirmation will be done instantly and automatically.
- On successful payment confirmation, you will get a notification page showing that you have successfully shopped for the selected department.
- After the notification of successful shopping, proceed to JAMB CAPS, check “Transfer Approvals” and accept the department transfer, to be admitted into the new department.

Deadline/Closing Date For UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2021/2022
The management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has announced 28th February 2022 as the latest date for the closing of the 2021/2022 supplementary admission registration portal.
Please am I sure if I buy the supplementary form I am sure of admission into unizik.please do well to reply.

I can’t see any option to shop for supplementary form on my portal.
I chose unizik as my first choice & law as the course to study, can I still apply for the unizik supplementary form besides the courses in my Jamb form isn’t included (law and mass communication).
Why is that? Thinking about opting for theatre arts, will there be any effects?

After registering for the supplementary, am seeing in my unizik portal that I am not eligible to register.

I shopped supplementary form for Architectural engineering and the receipt was sent to my email, but this morning I logged in to unizik central application portal and still saw shop for supplementary which I have done earlier on, so I clicked there just to see you are not eligible for the shopping, I can’t understand what’s happening, does it mean that my money is gone because I have shopped before and the receipt was sent to my email also, please clear me, it’s getting worst

Good Afternoon. Yesterday morning I checked my Unizik CAPS and I saw the supplementary admission sale. I clicked on it,I chose the subject that I wanted to buy,I proceeded to the payment. All of a sudden, it cancelled. I tried again but it wasn’t showing me the subjects anymore,it was only showing me “shop for this” and when I click on “shop for this”,it doesn’t show me the course I shopped for. It tells me that by pressing yes,I have 24 hours to make payments or the transaction will be cancelled. I pressed yes and it showed me “oops there’s no slot available in this department”. It showed me the same thing for all the boxes with “shop for this”.
So my question is, Is the form no longer on sale?,Could it be network from the school’s Portal?. Or am I not eligible again for the supplementary admission?. Please answer me. Thank you.
