ECWA College Of Health Technology Kagoro
ECWA College of Health Technology Kagoro is located in Kagoro, Kaura LGA of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
The institution started as a school in Jos in the year 1959 then known as Sudan Interior Mission Medical Auxiliaries Training School (SIMMATS) Jos and ECWA Evangel Hospital (Jankwano) as its practice center.
In 2005, ECWA upgraded the Institution to a College.
Since then the College has expanded into five departments following Community, Medical Laboratory Science, Health Information Management, Environmental Health Technology and Pharmacy Technician Training.
Presently, two departments namely dispensing opticianry and medical image processing were to the existing programmes.
This brings the number of departments in college to seven.
An effort is ongoing for the take-off of the National Diploma (ND)/Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management and Environmental Health Science.
